The Coach House was built on a site, which was originally an Anglo Saxon settlement in 850 AD. It was built by The Duke of Bedford in 1857 to his own design as part of a model farm. It was sold in 1988 and converted to a 3-star hotel. The hotel regrets that it cannot accommodate children under the age of 5 years old.
