Originally a 16th century coaching inn, the Crown offers the best in traditional and friendly hospitality. We have a restaurant, lounge and bar area. The hotel has 37 bedrooms - 23 traditional style and 14 modern. We have a mixture of traditional and modern rooms available including The Elizabeth I four-poster suite as featured in 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'. We are easily accessible from the m40, m25, m1 and m4.

The Clifton Lodge is run under the personal supervision of the proprietors to guarantee your comfort during your stay. Our hotel has 32 bedrooms, licensed bar, dining area, comfortable lounge/TV room, meeting room, and an ample car park. All rooms have central heating, colour tv, tea making facilities and direct dial telephone. Many rooms have full en suite facilities. Family rooms and a Honeymoon Suite (with four poster bed and Spa Bath) are also available. Lunches, dinners, small weddings, functions, Sunday lunch (our speciality) and barbecues are easily catered for up to 65 people with traditional English and vegetarian dishes available.
